Guest access: Guests will have access to the front lobby, a guest ‘living room’, and a private courtyard in the back (complete with 2 amazing fire pits and spectacular overhead strung lighting!) There are no kitchens on property – we hope to encourage you to visit our neighbors and take in our downtown shops! We do, however, have a small microwave and refrigerator as well as complimentary coffee & “beverages”.

Interaction with guests: We hope we get the chance to meet you! We want to know where you’re headed and where you came from. We plan to have ‘meet & greets’ for those that are interested. If you’d rather keep to yourself, no problem.

Other things to note: You will have a key code to get into the property and a separate code to access your room. ALL rooms are on the 2nd floor and we do not have an elevator. Also, there are no TV’s in the guest rooms. We do have WiFi so bring your tablet, phone, computer if you need entertainment. There is a community Keurig at the top of the stairs with an assortment of coffee pods &creamers in the community fridge space. There is also a community microwave available. Let us know if you need to use the washer and dryer – we can generally make that available as well.

We ask that you respect the CH as you would your own home. Please be respectful to other guests and abide by a 10:00 pm quiet time. Keep in mind – this is still an old building and if you’re in the hallway chatting … it might be keeping the other guests awake.
