Art Education for Baker City and surrounding communities. Art appreciation for everyone.
Since its founding in 1963, Crossroads Carnegie Art Center has dedicated itself to the mission of creating opportunities for the entire community to be engaged, inspired, and transformed by the arts through participation in classes, workshops, exhibits, mentorships, and partnerships.
Crossroads is now the oldest continuously operating Art Center in Eastern Oregon.
It was in the 1970s that Crossroads first moved in to the Carnegie Library building in Baker City, and there it is located today.
Crossroads devotes itself to showcasing the wonder of Art to people in Baker County, Eastern Oregon and beyond.
Habitat brings together a variety of artists using the traditional and well-loved techniques of quilting to showcase the vibrant beauty and textures of the many diverse habitats that surround each one of us.
Come to Crossroads and enjoy the various pieces and transform the way you see quilting and nature.
Enjoy video of the show and photos of selected pieces. Contact Crossroad Carnegie Art Center Executive Director Ginger Savage at contact methods below for questions about the show and Crossroads in general.
